ig follows from sorority members

i received a follow request from a girl already in a sorority. should this be reported? i was told as a PNM we can’t request to follow them, but what about them following us?

oh yeah this happened to me too. i feel like it looks really bad on the chapter because it can mislead girls into thinking they got in. it’s almost like dirty rushing and bid promising and can be very misleading.
