sororities dirty rushing?

Dirty rushing is reaching out To any PNM outside of formal parties. It’s against PHC rules that are agreed-upon by all chapters.

dirty rushing is not allowed because PHC wants to give all girls an even playing field for recruitment and not have girls be targeted/bid promised by houses and then end up being overly favored, or not get a bid to a house they thought they were gonna join bc they were dirty rushed either due to social media presence or first impressions at a party etc. sororities can DM you with info abt recruitment and say “go greek” i think but they can’t explicitly tell you “rush XYZ!” or whatever. alpha phi is known for this but if it crosses a line then it’s not cool

Keep in mind that if sororities are contacting you and talking to you about their specific sorority prior to meeting you, it’s almost guaranteed to be superficial. It’s against PHC rules because it undermines the recruitment process and messes with pnms’ heads. Aphi is a bit notorious for this

APhi and ADPi have a problem with this. Usually it results in targeting pretty, skinny girls without actually talking to them. Basically it’s shallow and is a bad look for the house. Aphi is notorious for this.
