Top:
ZETE- (Throws great parties, mostly athletic tall guys and athletes, worst pledging by far)
KA- (Popular with women, attractive guys mostly from SoCal, soft pledging)
FIJI- (Nice house, attractive fratty guys but more diverse than other top houses, difficult pledging)
SAE- (Throws great parties, tall attractive guys from mostly LA or Newport, recent problems with SVSH have them one case away from being dropped, only are still around because of their rich alums)

Lower Top/Upper Mid:
DKE- (Throws good parties, nice house that benefits from being next to SAE and ZETE, lowkey going to fall off though once upperclassmen graduate)
Phi Psi- (Super chill guys, nice house, definitely on the come up after rough few years)
ATO- (Super chill cute guys, largest house in Greek system, crazy roof to play die, had a down last semester but on come up with last year's freshman PC)

Mid:
PIKE- (Lowkey is carried by national rep, some chill dudes but also some randos, tries a bit too hard to be "frat")
CHI PSI- (Throws 2 or 3 good parties per semester where you see everyone, brothers are similar to PIKE but the cool ones are less cool and the beaters are less of beaters)
SIG CHI- (A few blocks off Greek Row which hurts them I think, seems kinda chill, needs to throw more)

Everyone else: Irrelevant
