Yes. It will take too long to explain, but there is a seperate quota for spots for upperclassmen (doesn't mean a house will use it). Every years there are juniors who get bids, usually junior college transfers.
Just be ready for some cuts by the more selective houses right off the bat (i.e., Kappa, Pi Phi, A Phi, DG), as they have to make big cuts right away.
Just focus on the houses that keep inviting you back and see if you click with the girls there. All the house are great, but are different vibes.
