Ranks based on category (Frats)

Since a couple of you requested, I’m doing ranks on category but this time for Frats. There’s a lot of Frats at Berkeley, so I’m only including relatively relevant ones.


Sorority Relations:
(These are the Frats that hang with top houses)
Ka (Hangs with the top 3: Kappa, PiPhi and Aphi)
Zete (Again hangs with top 3)
Dke (Hangs with top 4)
Fiji (Hangs a lot with Kappa and PiPhi, occasionally with DG and Aphi and Adpi even)
Pike (Hangs exclusively with Kappa)
Ato (Hangs a lot with PiPhi and DG)
Phi Psi (Hangs with PiPhi, DG and Aphi)
Sig Chi/ Theta Chi (Hangs with all top and upper middle houses)
Chi Psi ( Hangs a lot with ADPI and Chi O)
Phi Tau ( Hangs with Chi O and other upper mid houses)
Tke (Hangs with Chi O and Zeta)
Du (Hangs with Chi O, SK and Axo)
Snu (Hangs out with bottom houses but they did an exchange with Adpi, Aphi and other top/upper mid houses)
Pilam (Hangs out with gphi, theta and mostly bottom houses, but will ocasionally mix with mid houses like delta sigma)
Tdx (Hangs with Theta and Zeta)

Parties (This is honestly subjective but this is only based on this fall semester)

Ka (Very fun always. Always good tailgates. Exchanges are always fun. Only had one real party which was the turtleneck one but it’s pretty common that top houses throw big night parties once a year)

Zete (Pink Party was fun! They have a really nice house and their tailgates are known to be really great)

Phi Psi (Really great Space party. It was like going to a club and they did really great. Only threw once in the year tho)

Fiji (Toga party: Was not bad but this house never really throws so idk how they stay top)

Pike (Parties in the beggining of the year were fun. Halloween was good but purple party was a little kickback. I like how they throw kinda often tho)

Sig Chi: (Throws a lot of parties and they’re pretty good. The Taylor swift one was dumb but hey whatever they need to do to get the girls)

Chi Psi (They stepped up their game from past years. Decent tailgates but the night parties are always the best. The cowboy one was super fun and the ones in the beginning of the year as well. Def rising)

Theta Chi: (Like Sig Chi, throws pretty well)

Du (Good paint party. Pretty fun and had a good turnout. On the rise)

Ato:( Didnt throw this year except for one tailgate which was fun and exchanges. Sad bc they know how to throw but they were on sopro)

Dke: (This one shouldn’t even count bc they never throw big they only do like tailgates and only hang out with top sororities idk why they’re a top house but I guess it’s historic)

Everyone else

OVERALL (and this is someone who is in Greek life and not in a frat so completely unbiased)

Top: (this probably won’t change bc it’s “historic” or whatever
