Best frats for spring

There are tons of frats on campus, few are good. Here are the ones worth joining:

For frats:

Ka: nice soft guys, not very frat, lots of parties, gives out a ton of bids to rushees, not great brotherhood due to basically no hazing, few athletes

Fiji: nice house, tight brotherhood, pretty mysterious unless you’re a brother it seems like, pairs with the best of greeklife, good amount of athletes

Zete: super fratty, good game days, pairs with good houses, very hard hazing (probably worst of all the houses), good brotherhood, some athletes

Dke: solid house, good game days, pairs with good houses, pretty hard hazing

Sae: was previously good before getting shut down, I bet sae will come back but if I were rushing I wouldn’t want to join a house that won’t be good for another couple years at least

If you go to any of these you’ll have a good experience at cal. I just don’t want to see people end up at chi phi or snu

Pretty much true. I’ve heard being in KA is kind of like being in a sorority thou

Pretty accurate, would add that compared to the lower tier feats all of these houses besides SAE are pretty good with SVSH especially KA

ppl in zete dke fiji typically can walk into each other’s parties which is a nice perk

All this is true expect the fact that KA is not a good house to be in due to drama and weak brotherhood

This is accurate expect minus KA for being so whiney and weak. I really wish they weren’t beta males but they are. Super easy to boss them around

While not top houses I think Phi Psi and Pike are also worth rushing and checking out

Phi Psi: super big house with tons of members, also a nice house, don’t throw super often but when they do the parties are good

Pike: smaller house with a tight brotherhood, pretty diverse, throws parties often that are good, pairs with good houses

Bump to this. I would say that KA is middle tier due to giving bids to literally every guy that walks in

This is right. Only thing that should be known Is that KA isn’t really top since they give bids to every guy
