Because you probably won't get in. Their parties are more exclusive so if some random GDI is walking around they might get asked if they know anyone

the top 3 would be boring for GDIs because they are typically smaller parties, many times room parties. some random GDIs (if they managed to somehow get in) would stand out because they wouldnt know anyone
