Yeah agreed, don't join Sae, zete or dke because they're off campus. Those aren't 3 of the top 4 houses or anything.

Well, I do know that sororities get in trouble if they get caught exchanging with Zete, SAE, or DKE. You have to register exchanges with campus, but you have to be recognized by campus in order to register any event.

HAHAHAHAHAH yet kappa, piphi, dg, etc continue to exchange with zete, sae and dke on a regular basis. That's so weird isn't it?

Judging from the frats that are dying off and coming up, this seems about right for what we have seen.

thinking that beta down to the same level with KA and Chi Phi is ridiculous. And people are giving phi psi way too much attention. Just because they have a new house doesn't make them worth being acknowledged.

Coming from a sorority girl these are the only 6 worth joining. Nobody wants to party at a house that has 20 actives, or one that is full of unattractive guys. If I had to rank the rest:

Delta Chi, KA, Beta
TKE, ATO, Chi Phi

As a girl I wouldn't try to join anything but Zete, SAE or Fiji.

If I didn't get bids at those houses, DKE and Pike are decent last resorts

People really do make a big deal out of rankings. YES, house ranks do exist. Certain sororities will only chill with certain frats and vice-versa. That said, you can certainly have fun in low-tier frats.

I've been to Acacia a couple of times and their parties haven't been bad at all. I even got into one of their exchanges (long story) and had a blast with them. Sure, KKG isn't gonna be exchanging with them anytime soon but there's more to it than that.

Just make sure the frat you're joining isn't insanely lame. Been to a couple that are just...they don't even seem like frats at all, just boring dudes passing the time.
