I'm a junior and not in a fraternity. Here's my perspective

Top Houses:
Zete
Fiji
SAE
Expect to be hazed a lot. Kind of exclusive parties. Guys are major douche bags though. In trouble with the university. Heard Fiji might lose its charter since a student fell of the roof.

2nd:
DKE, SX, Pike

Dying:
Beta, Chi Phi

Weird:
Acacia, Phi Tau, Sig pi,

Look out for:
KA (most brothers and gaining popularity)
Phi Psi (New house; biggest on campus and best dj)

Wow, so much hate for Phi Psi. You guys are giving them way too much attention. You actually sound threatened by their mere expansion. If they are so god awful then honestly don't waste you're time talking about them. Don't be so threatened. Such attention is only going to benefit them. Only if you, self proclaimed, top tier frat boys had a brain. Sigh.

Side note. ATO has the biggest house. TKE is pretty big too. Zete has a huge courtyard where literally everyone has taken a piss.
