Thank you for ranking without bashing. I agree with everything with the exception of Alpha Phi. They should go below Chi O since Chi O had a really great rush. But everything else looks accurate!

these are pretty fair aside from a phi, they should still be upper middle - one good pledge class doesn't automatically move their house up. they did get a lot of great girls though i'll give them that

AGREED. the top 3 will always be Kappa/PiPhi/DG and bottom 4 will always be ZTA, Theta, GPhiB and TriDelt

ZTA is NOT even close to AXO and AOPi. It's below/equal to GPhi. Even that amount of dirty rushing didn't get them a good pledge class.

SK and APhi are only top tier in the frat's eyes. Girl wise - not much respect and have never met anybody going through rush that was crazy about them.

I disagree, SK and Alpha Phi have tons of respectable women that have done very successfully in school and career wise. Just because there are a few with notorious reputations does not mean that the same goes for everyone in that house. I know many freshmen who rushed and ended up picking SK/APhi over PiPhi/DG. PiPhi/DG have been known to be #2/#3 for a long time but the truth is SK/APhi can easily take over any day.
