My suggestion to you is to just walk around college and piedmont in the evening before rush starts and hit up fraternities and their bbqs and find people you find comfortable smoking with. You'll figure out who does what right away.

depends, youre gonna have stoners in every house. I've smoked up with friends at Fiji, Pike, DKE, Phi Psi, Sigma Pi , Sigma Nu.
