As a senior, what is the likelihood of getting into a middle-tier or upper-tier sorority?

Obvious troll is obvious. Why the hell would a senior girl want to join a sorority? The only way this may be possible is if you are a foreign exchange student here for a year. However, I doubt that a foreign exchange student would think to look at this site. The Greek system isn't that popular outside of the US.
