ATO is a dead house that hasn't thrown anything in years and had all their pledges drop

Aepi and phi tau are better than chi phi and sig nu. Also, ATO is a dead house only because they don’t throw open parties for geeds. They still exchange with sororities and have enough members to be relevant.

Sorority relations are a good indicator of ranking I agree
The only house keeping ATO relevant is Alpha Phi
Believe me, ATO used to be good now they aren't a good house they have bee dying for a while they are basically dead.

For frats if your not in sae, ka, sx, pike, phi psi, zete, fiji or dx your probably beat those are the only ones that are at least half decent

actually, adpi is not up that high. adpi is not near aphi, and no im not trying to act like a phi is a top house, but its just in a sepaate tier above.
also, delta sig, despite not having phc tradition and association, it is no where close to being bottom house. its right above or below (pick your choice) tri delt/zta.
next, zta, is definitely in a tier with tri delt & delta sig.
