i would say that pike and phi psi are more lower top/upper mid, and pi kap and sig nu are pretty irrelevant

There's KA, SAE, DKE and Fiji
Miles above Phi Psi and pike
How are Pi Kapp and Sig nu irrelevant they both throw bangers. I agree anyone can pack a party that's not impressive but being know for having ragers means they're not irrelevant

That's just wrong. Look at the top houses
KA was in Soc probation and doesn't do much other than gamedays anyway
Fiji never does anything
SAE just came back on
If top houses were the only relevant houses then Cal Greek life would suck because they aren't even that active

all in all, i would say this list is comprised of houses that are pretty much always going to be the core middle, not really lower or upper. with that said, i think phi tau and tke are the better ones of this group. yeah, theyre both different than each other, but they seem to be the most outgoing and have more parties than the rest.

and yeah, some guys might be slightly better looking in other houses, but overall i would say these two are the overall better ones
