chi phi over ato?

With ATO dormant for a year, is it time to admit and acknowledge the lads of Chi Phi have passed ATO and are very quickly approaching top tier status ?

ATO is basically gone. Chi Phi is better than them but so are most mid tier houses like theta chi, snu, Pi Kapp, etc

Being better than ATO doesn't mean anything they practically don't even exist

ATO isn't that bad and is definitely above theta chi, snu, and pi kap. They still have a good number of good looking/fratty guys and still have relations with much better sororities than theta chi snu and pi kap.

The only sorority that likes them is alpha phi

They've had basically no pledges in recent pledge semesters
It's a dead house
