Kappa and Pi Phi are legit the same. They attract the exact same people (white, rich, blondes and brunettes, athletes) and they all intermingle. They literally have invites together.... both very exclusive, social and one in the same

The houses have very different personalities and hang out with different groups. They socialize together but life would be very different in Kappa vs in Pi Phi. Not better or worse but absolutely are not the same.

coming from a guy in a mid tier frat, that has basically done stuff with pretty much all of these houses in the past year, this is what i would change it to:
