Then honestly nothing matters. These houses had the best social semesters and are ranked this way because of that. I really don’t see any other list that’s right.

Most of the mid tier houses should be on here: chi phi, pi kap, tke, signu, maybe theta chi.
Chi phi barely had anything though tbh

I feel like theta chi is always trying to make themselves seem better than they are. Kinda funny, kinda lame.

When are you nerds going to realize it isn’t about how many parties you have per semester and how uncomfortably packed they are. This isn’t Project X. It’s about who comes over to your house and how fun your guys are. It isn’t that hard to put all your money into having parties and giving out a thousand bids. Maybe if you focused less on throwing saturated parties every weekend and more on actually doing more unique/intimate events people wouldn’t see you as the fast food of the greek system. Until then you’re all irrelevant. This ranking is accurate.
