whack frat houses

Which houses are the worst/most lame that you've been to? I've been to some "top house" parties which were pretty boring and some lower tier'd ones that were pretty awesome, so I'm trying to get a sense of which ones I should never go to lol.

Never really been impressed by Pike, always go in with high expectations, and its fun but not all that special. Really have enjoyed Chi Phi and Sig Chi in the past though always non stop fun

-game days at Tke and SA
-full send night nights at sig nu or tke or theta chi (rip)
-kickbacks at aepi or ka
-pike as a self esteem boost
-sig chi and chi phi for hotties
