This is between Snu and Chi Phi
One throws better parties and is more well known (snu)
One has a lot of good looking brothers but doesn't really do much (chi Phi)
Traditionally Snu has been considered a better house in my 4 years here. But Chi Phi is extremely underrated and has frattier guys than some of the top houses.

lmao sigma nu has no reputation whatsoever. never heard anyone i know in greek life actively talk about going to a sigma nu party. i've heard if at all mostly just geeds who go there.

You're all wrong some of these houses are better others they aren't all ranked the same
TKE and Snu are the higher than Chi Phi
all are way higher than Chi Psi
Deal with it. You can argue all day about who's better between Sigma Nu and TKE.
TKE has gamedays which Sigma Nu doesn't.
Sigma Nu exchanges with better sororities
TKE has nicer brothers
Sigma Nu has funner brothers
It goes Sigma Nu>TKE>Chi Phi>>>>Chi Psi
Why would you join Chi Phi though, if you can get a big there why not join KA instead?

Snu/Tke/chi Phi are all Los tier
Picking between them is like picking between SAE/DKE/KA
Or picking between tdx/Phi delt/acacia
I will say this though, Tke and chi psi are more associated with like DU
Snu is more associated with like phi tau and Pi Kapp
Chi Phi doesn't really resemble any other house

Snu has parties that are more packed as well as more in general. Chi Phi’s parties aren’t as packed and they put more of their money into more low key events. Snu social events have more randos while Chi Phi’s are more with people they know. Large and rowdy (a lot of geeds) vs more low key and everyone knows each other. Just depends on what you want, both fun houses
