what’s up with phi psi and dchi?

Also interested in rushing, and just want to know what's going on with Dchi and Phi Psi, and whether they're a no-go or not.

If you're rushing based off of where other people are telling you to rush, you're rushing for the wrong reason. Just check out the houses you're interested in and if you like them, great. If not, move on. It's not that hard..
