by: TruthThere are not significant differences between what people call "mid tier" houses such as Pi Kapp, Chi Phi and "top" houses such as DKE, Pike. At this school, there's is not really a big difference. Hot girls can be found at all parties, and very seldom can you see very hot girls at any Cal party. It's all a facade. Fiji parties suck, but people say they're top. Chi Phi brothers are generally attractive, but people say they're lower mid. Phi Psi has the best setup of any house, but they're not top. There's 0 consistency to any of this.

agree with other comment, you are wrong. people in the better houses are more fun and better looking on average. Chi phi is lower mid because they aren't very social/outgoing. Phi psi has a bunch of weirdos so it doesn't really matter how good the setup is. There's usually a reason a house does well or poorly
