chi phi is pretty fratty and good house and location. lot of white guys

pi kapp is super diverse and is like the indian house, pretty bottom tier

coming from a girl id take pi kapp over chi phi any day.
chi phi needs to chill with the racism and self ranking on this site, its pretty old having all your pledges come on here and write stuff.
chi phi is lower middle, your house has no yard and no room for parties really.

PiKapp parties are awful, they always invite too many GEEDs, (unattractive ones I’ll add) run out of alcohol, deny people without bids even if they’re better looking, and the brothers are average.
