There are a lot of different houses that form the middle tier with TONS of variety. Here is a (positive) guide:

Alpha Phi -- almost top tier, considered popular, involved with the ASUC
Adpi -- smart, don't go out too often, excellent and social types of girls
Chi O -- very chill, fun, more down to earth, working hard to rebuild their chapter
Sigma Kappa -- go out a lot, tight sisterhood, often forgotten about for some reason
Tri Delta - go hard, really into philanthropy, diverse house
Zta -- diverse girls, go out a lot, involved in Panhel and campus
Delta Sigma --local house, strong sisterhood, philanthropy they actually care about
