Generally the unaffiliated frats like Fiji and dke but I've also heard that pike goes pretty hard

Zete. Fiji doesn't haze hard lol. They don't have a hell week they have a Hell 'Night' which should speak for itself

sae and fiji might be 'top house' but this doesnt imply hard pledge process, they obviously haze because welcome to greek life and they might haze harder than lets say KA or SX (joke pledge process for both..) but sae and fiji arent that tough on pledges... on the contrary, dke and zete have long since been the hardest hazers
