Other than ato and tke, I think both theta chi and du have been making strides to the middle lately. I agree that ato shld be dropped a tier just bc of how bad theyve done lately, and tke is just a generally non-fratty / weird house.

^ I wouldn’t say that DU is doing well either. They’re not a very popular house and they don’t do very much. Theta Chi is rising but they’ll always be a try hard house. Their underclassmen are still solid though.

^ I can understand what you're saying about DU, but I feel that their rep is tarnished because of the older guys in the house, who are def pretty beat and really not that fratty. I've met a lot of the underclassmen, which show a lot of potential for the house, and I think that if they keep on getting guys like them they're definitely making some moves. They need to be a little more involved in my opinion, though. I'd say as of now lower middle / middle, but if things keep going well they could do better. I agree with theta chi though.

Sig Nu's chapter hall is big. If a big chapter hall is a bad setup I'd like to know what a good setup is. A bad setup is like Pi Kapp or Pike

A good set up has separate areas for games, dance floor, socializing and alc. Sig nu just clumps all of them into one big room and their tiny ass hallway upstairs doesn't help either. Pi kapp at least splits it up better, I agree with pike though that room gets disgusting

My sorority prefers DU in terms of guys and parties, but Chi Psi just seems a little more genuine to me personally. We like doing stuff with both of them. and tbh I think Chi Psi should be a middle tier, while PiKapp & Tke should be pushed down to lower mid.

Why is TKE in the middle tier. Every time my sorority does things with them its awkward as heck, and the guys are all just goobers. Everything else looks right, but just move tke down to the lower mid or bottom. Chi Psi deserves a solid mid tier place more than they do.

You have a point but i think he it based on general gist / what people have been saying and if they flopped during rush or not. Pretty accurate, regardless of the pledge classes.
