stop putting du in the mid tier

What are people basing rankings off that DU is put in the mid tier?

My sorority doesn’t really like DU too much and the guys are a
little eh, but honestly they deserve to be a mid tier or lower mid tier house at worse. I think their pledge classes are getting better with cuter and cooler guys. Better overall / parties / cuter guys than most mid / lower mid houses TKE, Chi Psi, Theta Chi, and a lot of others.

very soft guys with a few weird ones, but still should be middle tier
