what are the best mid tier frats?

by:

Curious because I want to pledge next year. Upper mid and lower mid included. I want a house that is very active socially and well connected in the Greek community. If possible, I’d want them to exchange with all kinds of houses, not just mid tier. Thanks!

Phi Psi, ATO, AEPI, Chi Phi, Phi Tau, DU, Pi Kapp, TKE (no particular order, all are really solid brotherhood wise and have events with a variety of sororities)

Assuming a mid tier frats is anything not the unaffiliated frats and KA or sigma chi, and everything better than Chi psi,

I'd say PIKE is by far the best one. I'd struggle to call them a mid tier house tbh.

the first commenter got it right, but ato is kinda going through stuff, so while they're mid, not a good house. and du is more bottom, as their bros are kinda weird, & phi tau has a really bad reputation, so i wouldn't join them.

AEPi, Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Phi Psi, Pi Kapp, TKE, Theta Chi (again, no particular order)

Doesn’t Chi Phi have a bad rep? A recent post outlined that they aren’t liked in the Greek community. Is this true or just some haters bringing the house down?

DU is def not the best house, but I would for sure call them mid tier, especially if Theta Chi and Chi Psi are on your list

ATO, Phi Psi, Aepi, Chi Phi, Phi Tau, DU, TKE, Pi Kapp

Theta Chi and Chi Psi are positioned more for the bottom.
