is it too late to join a sorority if i’m a junior?

I’m considering spring rushing but is it weird if I’m a junior and not a transfer?

Not at all! Chapters often have underclassman and upperclassman quotas they need to fill, so they'll likely have spots for juniors, whether or not you're a transfer. People wait to rush more often than you think.
