frat brotherhood with other frats

A lot of posts discuss fraternities and their exchanges or connections with sororities, but nobody talks about frats and their connections with other frats. Which frats are tight with each other (i.e which frats are brother-brother)? Also, what’s the benefit of one frat being super close to another one?

Although both are sororities, I hear alpha phi and alpha tau omega are super close, almost like twins!

no frats are 'brother-brother'. guys in one house may be friends with another house but no one is as close as one house is as a whole. houses buy bids from each other or bid swap
