ask your friends in the houses you are interested in. kappa and aphi have done secret COB before but you have to know a sister to find out about it. it’s not publicized well.

it may (most likely) will never be public so follow the advice others have given and email recruitment chairs / ask girls you know in sororities -- a lot of lower / middle tier houses are doing it this year, but it seems you need to know someone, so try talking to someone in the houses and express your interest! this isn't like fall rush
