why has ato been quite the past 2 years?

ATO used to be ranked pretty highly, and while they still seem to be recruiting a lot of pledges, a lot of them seem to drop out. Why don't they try to throw more events?

I'm only asking because I am interested in ATO and want to join. I do plan on rushing, but I don't think the brothers will actually give me any information or the real picture as to how the frat manages its social calendar.

Has the "no parties for a year" thing been enforced starting this semester or before that? because it's not like they were that active in previous years when they were allowed to throw parties.
