why is everyone hating on phi psi (and ato)?

Looking at the most recent rankings, I’ve suddenly seen people hating on Phi Psi. It used to be a high middle or upper middle frat, but it’s suddenly changed. I also saw the same thing with ATO. Is this legitimate or just some smal temporary change?

Phi Psi and ATO are still very well regarded in my opinion. They haven't had many events but they're still perceived as solid houses regardless of recent complications.

I'm a transfer and I have one semester left. In my time here, and possibly my entire time at Cal, I have not heard of one single party at ATO. Phi Psi is different, I don't think they're top house like the poster above but they have had their name thrown out there. ATO? Idk anything about the house at all. The people who look highly upon ATO probably have been in Greek life for over 2 years. If they keepvnot doing anything then they will most definitely drop even more because the people that knew about them will eventually graduate.

the only house that really cares about ato, they're like a brother/sister house. other than that, pretty irrelevant. a top house caring about them is all that keeps their reputation at least somewhat alive

I'm not saying I particularly like Phi Psi, but they're definitely still an upper middle house. Yes they had a bad semester, but it's nothing they won't bounce back from.
