What’s the difference between houses that are considered “top” and “bottom”? Do “top” houses just party more?

whiteness & wealth

and i am not trying to start anything, just stating the facts. like if you deny this, then you are a moron because we all know that this is inherently true. bottom houses tend to have cheaper dues and are more diverse, and vice versa on the way up.

bottom houses DO NOT tend to have cheaper dues... they're all pretty much the same

Where wealth plays a factor is most people who fit the "top tier mold" i.e. athletic, social, good-looking, typically come from a place of money and status. Many have parents, grandparents, or family members who went to college in America and were in Greek life. The high schools they went to typically were in wealthy neighborhoods of SoCal or the East Coast. The lifestyle of those in top houses often involve going on expensive overseas vacations, regularly attending music festivals, wearing expensive clothes, driving luxury cars, etc. So it's not so much that more money is required to be a part of a top house, but that people who come from money are more likely to fit in at a top house.

I wouldn't say wealth or even whiteness necessarily. I would say its more about being good looking, athletic, tall, and sociable.

Wealth is a frat stereotype that doesn'tmean anything

For example sororitys come over and party at your house. Your ability to hookup with them in this setting has nothing to do with your parents bank account lol

"top" houses are stereotypically good looking, popular, sociable white girls who go out a lot

"bottom" houses are stereotypically girls who tend to be not as pretty, not as sociable and don't tend to go out as much

obviously this is a sweeping generalization but somewhat accurate
