No. Theta Chi is probably relatively close to Pi Kapp, but I wouldn't ever consider it "as good as." In regards to Snu and Phi Tau, Theta Chi isn't even close.

Theta chi isn't a bad house they would be ranked higher if they weren't such try hard douches. They're literally the worst to interact with because of how they act

I don't think a numerical rank actually makes sense when ranking frats because there's so many frats. It works for sororities because there's like 10 of them.

I'd say phi tau if you like drinking games
Pi Kapp of you want a large house
Sigma nu if you like ragers

I do agree that these houses make up the core middle. Solid houses.
