Absolutely not. They are try-hards that make themselves look like they can go up against DX and SX, but they aren't even close.

Houses like theta chi try to but never change, even if they have "a solid 2017 pledge class." Upper of the bottom at best, and those losers will be stuck there for a while. I feel bad for there new PC they could have all done so much betters.

Well of their new pledge class is dope, and their last pledge class is dope, and their upcoming pledge class is dope, that's like half the house right there that will be considered dope. At that point they should be pretty cool. How come they're still bottom if they get so many dope guys?
