pike va sigma nu vs pi kapp

Compare and describe these frats please. I received bids from these 3 houses last semester but couldn't join for personal reasons. I intend to rush the same houses this time but Iv only met a handful of bros in each house.

Pike has been dropping for a while because of assaults. Sigma Nu and Pi Kapp (and Phi Tau) have been thriving because the other frats have been on probation. All three frats aren't that great tbh, but go Pike if you want a more consistently social time.

Of Pike and Sig Nu, how is the hazing? I have heard horror stories from both houses.

They are good houses. Good houses haze unless their Walmart houses like Phi psi or ATO. Expect to get hazed in both.

What actually quantifies as hazing though? Is it on the same level as the unaffiliated or more tame? Specifically with Pike, I know that a good amount of kids drop every year because of its intensity.

No one here knows unless they have pledged both houses and they haven't. All good houses haze. Zete hazes hardest. Super big houses don't haze that hard. That's all anyone can tell you. Go rush snu and pike and if you get a bid you'll see for yourself.
