middle tier mess

Can all of you sororities stop tearing eachother down on this godforsaken site? I get it, the greek system is often problematic and can magnify our insecurities, especially if we are not in a "top" house. Such a hierarchal system makes us feel inadequate and therefore creates the desire to boost our house's status in order to boost our own self-esteem. It sucks. I have read so much shade being thrown at Delta Sigma, ZTA, and Tri Delt over this break its honestly disgusting. We need to stop prescribing individual traits to people based on the status of a house. Sure, there are patterns, but part of the problem is we immediately assume what kind of person someone is based on what house they are in.

Tearing eachother down in order to artificially boost the status of your own house just makes you look pathetic. Posting terrible Greekrank reviews says more about you and your own insecurities than it does the chapter targeted. All it takes is going to a party or talking with a good group of girls in a house to get a feel of what it really like.

"Top" or "bottom" I truly love to see houses thriving and enjoying themselves. There is no need to tear houses down for this. You should not feel threatened by other chapters' successes. ZTA, Tri Delt, Chi O, Delta Sigma are all doing very well despite all that you put them through.
