chi phi issues
by: DaveChappelleDoes anyone know what’s going on with Chi Phi? I heard most of their fall pledge class dropped for some reason.

They had two brothers drop from rush, one cause he thought he would fit in better elsewhere, one cause he didn't like the pledge process. It's a great brotherhood with some really fun guys but they haven't been able to throw down as much this semester because of some issues with neighbors I heard

They have more seniors than they have had in the past because for some reason they've bidded a lot of 2018 guys in recent pledge classes but losing them won't really do anything as seniors tend to be the least involved guys in the house anyways with most of them not even living in

You should rush any house you want. It's about a brotherhood, so you should try to check out a bunch to see where you like the brothers, and not base things off of Greek rank

It not about living in really its about the money. When half of your dues money stops coming in how are you gonna throw parties and have events to be a fun house?
