but also, delta sigma in terms of types of members and who they exchange with is very similar to houses like sk and chi o. not to make it sound like it is a bad place to be, as it probably will rise much quicker than our lower and lower middle houses

Stop hating on delta sig just because they're local. Houses an dhe overall greek community like them better than other houses , so get over it. Yeah, they might not have a national reputation, the same alumni network, a strong foundation, but for those of you who do have that, it shows a lot and speaks volumes that at the end of the day, many pnms, guys, and other sorority girls from different houses still prefer delta sigma.

This is definitely the most accurate going into Spring. Delta Sig could be on par with ZTA and Tri Delt but it’s really a toss. ADPi is definitely hotter than XO and SK but they never throw down. I’m almost willing to move AXO up bc they have some hot girls and can throw down but it seems generally agreed upon that they’re bottom tier for some reason.

as a local house, it's not right to put it above any national house that has the funding, alumni, and resources that come from having a national chapter. honestly should even be below theta and axo until another few ffr and we see how they do just as a local chapter
