in conclusion, choose another house. if a mid-tier house is more your scene, there are several other good ones---Chi Phi, TKE, DU, Chi Psi, even Theta Chi. Guys are really friendly, have a good time, and you won't have to worry about any creepy bros

i've been to both houses and have never gotten the creepy vibe off of them. I think PiKapp has better parties but Phi Tau has nicer guys.

pi kap parties are always way over crowded, so you cant have a good time---quality, not quantity
