kappa sigma is back!

Just what Berkeley needs, another bottom tier fraternity full of creepy guys trying to self promote unsuccessfully

Do you know how successful Kappa Sigma has been so far in making a come back? It took them only a year to get where they are now and they are about to recharter. What do you mean another bottom tier fraternity full of creepy guys?

But seriously, Kappa Sigma truly was an upper rank fraternity. They may not have been top but they were definitely up there. Again, how many fraternities are able to come up with a house in such a short period of time? They've also had numerous exchanges already despite the fact that they don't have a house til the summer.

Who's Kappa Sig?

i'm in a top sorority (actual top not fake top like sk) and during cal day i was at pike and i met this really cute guy, and he told me he was in kappa sigma...and i'm like why do people think that's a real thing

Not entirely true. Being a bottom house is saying a LOT. Bottom houses have literally no exchanges or parties ever and they also have so few guys they are on the verge of collapsing. Kappa Sig isn't going that route. Yea they won't be top or anything but to say they will stay bottom is a HUGE generalization which is probably not true. They have a good house and location so that should help them recruit. Also, look at Chi Phi, they been here a year or so and they quickly went to middle tier. Same with ATO, hasn't been long and they are raising up the ranks. Again, look at Phi Psi who are at least doing decent at middle tier. I think Kappa Sig will at least be lower middle within the next year and then quickly raise to at least the bottom of the middle tiers the following year or so. Again, look how horrible the bottom houses and even lower middle houses are and it's easy to see that Kappa Sig can probably do better than that. Returning fraternities put a lot more effort in than established fraternities so that always helps them cuz they want to make a reputation.
