Too many things to name, but for me it reminds me of home! Space, yard, FOOD, friends, peace, fun, study rooms, game day etc. I went back to visit friends in the dorm and it seriously made me grateful for our wonderful house and sisters. Hands down best experience ever. Nothing is ever perfect all the time but compared to the dorm option this is hands down the best choice for me.

Convenience! A homier atmosphere. Smaller-batch food. Friendship. Nicer personal living spaces.
Dorms and apartments definitely have their advantages, but life in our house - at its best - was really special.
