This isn't about thinking ZTA isn't capcable, but we want as strong of diversity on Panhellenic as possible. Having the president and the executive vice president from the same chapter isn't really a great idea (regardless of they were from Kappa, APhi, Zeta or GPhi). Wouldn't you naturally want as much representation from different chapters as possible? Especially at the very top.
That being said, we don't know who else (if anyone) ran, and what the other options were. This is better than APhi continuing to run stuff, so its better than it was to me.
The most disappointing thing about the slate is there are no girls from Gamma Phi. So either no one from Gamma Phi applied, or panhellenic has truly given up on them as a chapter. Sad... Maybe it would be better for them to just go and try and comeback in a few years and rebuild stronger than ever (similar to Zeta, but maybe with less time in between.)
