Frat Rankings in my opinion (More left means I think its in the same tier but probably slightly better)

KA, Zete, SAE, Fiji - TOP / LOWER TOP
ATO, Fiji, Sigma Chi, Phi Psi, Delta Chi - UPPER MID
Pi Kapp, Phi Tau, Pike, AEPi - MID
Chi Phi, DU, Sig Nu, TKE, Theta Chi - LOWER MID
Chi Psi, Aquadelt, SigEp, Sammies, KDR, TDX, - BOTTOM

Accurate, except Sig Chi should be moved up and Fiji down.

Phi Psi in my opinion is a freshman year frat. They have a lot of brothers and a big, expensive house so of course their parties will get packed. If you notice though most people get bored of it after freshman, if not sophomore year. I dunno, my freshman year everyone was a phi psi groupie but now know one talks about it except the underclassmen, just my observation

This is pretty accurate in my opinion except for the Phi Tau and Pi Kapp stuff, no one knows anyone in those houses

top: KA SAE
lower top: FIJI DKE
upper mid: DX ATO Pike Sx Phi Psi:
everyone else
