nothing being done about aphi rush violations?
by: yotDon't understand why nothing is being done about this awful situation? Some are saying that it is because of APHI tactics that GPHI dropped out of recruitment at the last minute. The way APHI advised PNMs to drop and then for them to pick them up in COB is unethical, unfair and undermines our whole system. This has been going on for at least 3 years (that I know of) and zero ever gets done. I know few seem to care about rush violations but this behavior undermines the 'integrity' of recruitment. This house of shade and spite has to be put down.

My advice is this: Panehellenic Elections are coming up. Do NOT Allow your Panhellenic rep to vote for women from chapters you do not trust. Maybe those women are great, maybe not, but SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE.
I saw we take a shot in the dark and let the lower houses try and run things for a while. When was the last time we had girls from Gamma Phi, AXO , Theta, DDD and Zeta run things? I think it would be a good way to shake up our system. I saw we vote in a bunch of diverse women from diverse chapters and mix things up. When was the last time the head recruitment counselor wasn't white? Why are all the RC's white minus the ones from Theta/Gphi/SK?
