where would you place zta?
by: CALBEERSI want to rush in the spring but I hear that a lot of popular houses don't participate. I do have my eyes on Zeta though. I talked to like three girls who dropped Kappa and Pi Phi for this house which surprised me. My friend also gave me a bid and I saw a lot of them partying at game day this weekend. Many of the girls seemed like they could easily be in "top" houses based on looks. So where does this house fit? I know rankings are stupid, but...

I know one girl who chose between Kappa and Zeta, her reasoning for pledging ZTA being it was more "laid back" than Kappa, so I assume this is the reasoning for most girls who dropped so called "top houses." The whole ranking thing only fuels cattiness. Top houses like Alpha Phi are not facing backlash for it. News flash, you can't "race bait" in a school like Berkeley. I won't comment on looks, but "bottom" houses tend not to party as much. I definetly don't think ZTA fits this stereotype, because a lot of girls in this house go pretty hard. I don't know much about their philo other than they are pretty involved during football season. Looks are subjective, but this house is pretty diverse.

Stop with the anecdotes. Many girls choose bottom houses or mid houses over top houses and that doesn't say much about the sorority but the individual people. Zeta is cool, but if you really want to rush in the spring just go and TALK to them instead of using this shady website. Same goes for any other sorority

Zeta is actually one of our favorite houses to party with on game days or one on one. In the past couple years they've attained a big presence with their philo events and also participate a lot in other Greek houses events. You're right a lot of the girls could fit in with a "top" house based on personality and looks. I think a lot of other sororities try to put them down for no reason on here, they're fun and frats like them a lot

these girls are always having a good time from what I've seen on their social media, a solid group seem to go out a lot and and are super cool/pretty. was looking into rushing them in spring too since I didn't sign up for FFR but my roommates who went through it really loved the girls and had great conversations during rush

Dude tbh I feel like of all the sorority houses that self rank on here and participate in the Greek rank discussion section, Zta isn't one of them from what I've seen?

ZTA is a house with good people and many positives. ZTA is a house that is under ranked on this silly site and I have a feeling the sisters at ZTA could care less as they are having fun and very involved with their philo. If I had to come up with three words to describe them they would be nice, fun and solid.

Agreed. A lot of zetas are friends with xo's too, although this could just be because they're neighbors. Hard to tell

@CALBEERS I call troll, you can't say both "I want to rush in the spring" and "my friend also gave me a bid". The OP has to be a guy, guys recruit and bid differently than the NPC.
