If this post is real then you need to report it to panhel. Check out the panhel site and get the email and phone info and deal with it. If the hazing is real then it has no place here. If you choose to leave your house do it before initiation as otherwise you will not be able to look at other houses in a year if you are still interested in greek life.

Sorry to hear of your issues with hazing. Sounds bad and hope you work it out or vote with your feet and leave. If you leave, it would be great if you posted so those of us that don't have any issues with hazing can investigate COB options. Times are tough here for getting into the greek system.

Why are you on greenrank? First of all most houses straight up don't have any real hazing, so it has me doubting whether this is real. Secondly, you're grown up, if you're not enjoying your experience at a house, don't whine about it anonymously online, just drop, and if you think it's truly harmful to others , report it.

@Wow. I agree with your comment to a certain extent but hazing is talked about extensively and most houses do not haze. If someone experiences hazing they need to report it (Phone or EMAIL) to panhel and campus police immediately. I just read a very sad story about a pledge that was forced to do shots at an off-campus event for all new pledges at another school. She was pushed to do the shots by two older 'sisters' and ended up in the hospital. Bad stuff does sometimes happen and new pledges are particularly vulnerable as they don't know people, are new to the organization and sadly most 'trust' their new sisters to their detriment sometimes. All I can say is for new pledges to think for themselves and don't do anything that makes them uncomfortable just for the sake of fitting in. Everyone has their own comfort zone, so I hope new pledges are looking out for themselves. If this OP was just a troll or pot stirrer it makes me mad as I think that hazing isn't part of what happens here in my experience. But, if something has happened please report it. I don't have much faith in our system to do much but I do think they can deal with hazing.
