If you did not get a pref option and maximized your options you are encouraged to email or phone. RC's are getting the run around on any number of situations and so suggest going to the person that is in charge of this 'show'. Feel free to speak with your rc but know you might not get the turnaround time required to solve your issue. If you don't get a bid or pref ask about snap bid list. No clarity on whether snaps will be implemented but its always worth asking.
