All houses party so some degree and some party with just certain frats or groups of frats. So, the answer for parties is its a mixed bag. Some frats have more open parties so virtually anyone in the system can go and other parties are smaller with fewer houses invited. If its a priority for you to know exactly how the house you are interested in works try to find a sister to ask or ask your RC or ask around in the dorm. Also check the other thread on here that I think has GDI in the title for some other POV. The other thing to keep in mind is that it helps to make friends in other houses and that expands the party network as well!
