8. CHIO - i debated how far down to move them and decided just to the bottom of mid for now. This is a flimsy ranking and their PC will largely determine where they ended up. Whether they stay mid or drop to bottom is yet to be seen.
9. THETA - top of bot, also often not given enough credit

12.ZTA
13.DELTA SIG - local, enough said

No one has given any real reasons why this is wrong. They just say to switch it. The beauty of this rank is that it has reasons. If you dont agree, WHY dont you agree? just saying "___ is not that high" or "how is ___ not last" doesnt really prove anything. If you look at actual facts and performance last year this is right.

to think that alumni would be posting on this is ABSURD given that it no longer affects their lives whatsoever . what a strange way to discredit the thoughts of other people on campus who simply disagree with a ranking.

its really common for alums to post on greek rank lol you're dilusional if you think they dont. (usually they dont even go to our school) you also provided ZERO reasons why this ranking was wrong. lol

This is the first ranking on here that makes any degree of sense. Kudos to OP. I would suggest XO and DS to the bottom until after recruitment. XO needs a few years to restore its chapter and get off of probation. To give either XO or DS their prior rankings makes zero sense. DG is probably still after APhi but might not be depending on recruitment and I totally agree that ADPi has become sadly irrelevant and below both APhi and DG and even with SK. Not sure why ADPi folks are never visible or out and about? I will go out on a limb and put DDD even with ADPi and SK as they are really working hard on their house, have solid sisterhood with diversity and are visible on campus. ADPi could fall even further depending on recruitment. SK is definitely rising and has been for a couple of years now. Theta continues to be totally solid and is frankly under ranked everywhere! Zeta has been consistent the past few years and depending on recruitment could rise further.

100% agree and thank you for the reasoning! I would maybe even say sk on a line ahead off ddd/adpi since they have improved a lot.

zta hasnt been doing so hot and axo theta and ddd are definitely above them. ds is a local and honestly will stay dead last until they affiliate with another nationals unless they some how manage to steal all of piphi/kappa's girls which would never happen. OP is right about everything except maybe gphi. zeta is still above them at least but they've also been improving so that could change after recruitment too.

I think consensus exists to bump DS and XO to the bottom. I don't disagree with DDD at #6 but I think Theta is underrated where it is (they had solid rush last year and have definitely been seen and active on campus). For me Theta, DDD, and Zeta are underrated (all very diverse fun houses) while ADPi is seriously overrated and most likely #7 at best. DG is like the player to be named later as their placement depends on recruitment this year. If DG does well then they will probably be #4 behind APhi but this could switch if people don't vibe with APhi this year (this could happen). ADPi is another one that could rise or fall by the class recruited this year. Last year they seemed to drop off the radar on campus and stayed in so not sure how this 'quiet house' vibe will hit PNMs this year. The Kappa/PiPhi debate will be decided by what kind of classes are recruited but either/both of these houses will most likely go under quota so will cut super super hard rounds 1 and 2. I also expect to see sizable cuts by APhi rounds 1 and 2 this year. Most PNMs need a personal plan of how to handle these round 2 cuts.

there is no Kappa/Pi Phi debate. both the houses have for a long time been very close, done events together, exchanged together, and have accepted that they attract slightly different girls and are pretty much on par. greek rankings are normally in tiers because they have different personalities in each tier.

I agree with most of what you said but i think zeta is pretty over rated too. They might not be under gphi but at best they are right above them. I think piphi and kappa will be undisputed top unless something drastic happens. I agree that theta and tri delt are a lot better than they get credit for. I dont think theta is above adpi though. And they could move ahead of xo depending how they both do in rush but this ranking is fair for now.

This may have been accurate (other than ddd) in late august but things seem to be shifting. Not accurate anymore.

This is the only ranking with REASONS given for them. I'll believe the bs people keep bumping when they tell me why this is wrong and why the other ones are right. This reflects whats actually happening on campus and not posted by some salty out of touch alums.
